I contacted Acme Roofing for a new roof estimate after searching and reading several roofing contractor reviews. Shaun was quick to get his estimate over to me even though I told him I wouldn't be replacing for at least another month. I received a few other estimates but ultimately made the right decision by moving forward with Acme Roofing. Shaun came out and reviewed shingle colors and styles with me. I talked to him about some painting I was also planning to have done and how I wasn't sure which shingle color would pull everything together. He showed me samples and suggested a few he thought would look nice when asked. The supplies were delivered the next day and Shaun kept in close contact with me regarding the day of the install. We had several rainy days in-between but the first nice day we had Shaun's team was ready. When the crew was finished everything was cleaned up and you would never have known anyone was there other than my beautiful new roof. I obviously won't need a roof again anytime soon but if I did, Acme would be my first and only call.

I do not, as a habit, write reviews but in the case of Acme Roofing and Siding I'm making an exception. I chose Acme because I wanted to do business with a locally owned company and to get value for my dollars. I'm happy to say I made a great decision.. I have learned that the companies that can afford TV ads recoup that money by adding cost to the jobs they perform. Not only did I get a cost that I felt was below market, I got the job done quickly, and professionally. If you're in need of a roof or roofing repairs, you won't go wrong using Acme.

Shaun and his team did a wonderful job with our siding project. They put new siding on our house and garage. The team worked quickly with incredible attention to detail. Shaun stayed in constant contact with me so I always knew what was going on with my house. He also helped me work with my insurance company on my siding claim. I would highly recommend Acme Roofing and Siding.

Shaun was professional and timely and did an incredible job in fixing our pipe boot (which was improperly installed before we moved into our house) and also helped put a piece of siding back on for us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their professionalism, quality of work and price. I will use them again when we need our roof replaced!

Shaun responded with a repair estimate quickly and had a crew out to complete the job the following day. While completing the work, they were transparent with me about issues that popped up and even absorbed the extra cost to get the job done right, at the quoted price. Hard to find such high quality and high integrity in a contractor.

They were also careful to mind social distance in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic. Greatly appreciated.

ACME replaced our roof for an insurance claim. They were very helpful in giving us all the options for shingles and worked with us every step of the way. When installation time came, they were in and out in one day. They even helped us find someone to repair some interior drywall that was included in the claim.

Acme Roofing and Siding far exceeded our expectations. I needed my roof replaced quickly and after meeting with 6 companies and getting 6 estimates we decided to use ACME Roofing & Siding. Acme was not the most expensive, and 2 of the quotes were lower than ACME but vague on details and had poor reviews. The experience with ACME was excellent from start to finish. During the process of installing our roof, the crew was very professional, careful, efficient, friendly and very hard working. They truly cared about the job and wanted to see us completely satisfied with the overall result. Shaun answered any questions we had regarding the installation process be it techniques, materials, preventative maintenance etc. The team arrived on time and got started immediately. It was clear from the beginning that his team works together well and has a well-established process. They were able to complete the job, which included a complete tear off, installing new shingles and flashing with the drip edge, roof vents, and fixing flashing that was not done correctly by the company that had installed the previous roof, in two days and my yard was free of all debris, including roofing nails before they left. After the job was completed, I was shown around my home and Shaun explained everything that was done to the roof with pride in the work showing. What a difference my new roof is compared to the previous one that was on my home when I bought it. I just love my new roof.

Acme replaced the siding on two sides of our house and did a wonderful job. We had to find a very specific type/ color of siding to match the rest of our house, and even though it wasn't a brand they usually install, Shaun was able to track it down for us.
Shaun was good at communicating and we were able to get the work done relatively quickly considering how busy the business is during the summer.
After getting many, many quotes for the job, Acme had the best price while still remaining trustworthy and reliable!

Shaun was awesome to work with..... roof looks great... quality job!! Crew that installed the roof were total professionals!!! Can't go wrong with Acme...they did my siding a few years ago and it still looks great!!! They have earned my future business! Bid was in the middle but the results were top end!

3 things I think you look for in choosing a company... 1. Quality of work 2. Fair price 3. Integrity of Business.. I would give acme roofing a 5 star in all three of these..
1. My 80 yr old house now looks better then new houses being built just a couple miles up the street! 2. I checked around and acme gave a cheaper quote, did more and used a better quality product! 3. A couple unexpected things came up during the work (a couple spots of rotted wood on the house), .. lots of companies would use this as a chance to charge big extras, Shaun did the extra work for us, kept the receipts, then simply charged us the cost.. I don't write many reviews, but these guys truly did a 5 star job..

The owner is very friendly, easy to communicate with, and (for me) most importantly-budget friendly withOUT cutting corners.

Excellent siding service. The prices are good too. I would say a reliable siding contractor. Very easy to work with and the final result looks perfect. They explained me everything and kept me informed for every stage of the process.

I have been very pleased with the customer service - the communication was very friendly and I was able to explain in details for what exactly I needed roofers! It has been a very nice journey for me to work shoulder-to-shoulder with them! The roofing project was complicated but still the guys did very, very well !!

Acme just finished siding our house along with gutters, downspouts, facia and soffit . From the beginning planning stages they were very helpful with choices, colors and materials. The end results are great. We love the entirely new look! The process was actually fun. Easy to work with and meticulous with the details. Great people and professional installation . There are very few organizations that can justify the prices of their services.

Acme sure does justify the cost with great organization skills and a lot of effort into completing the job.

We recently bought an older home in Westerville that needed a total gut renovation including all the exterior elements. During the contracting phase, we had a total of 6 companies come to look over the roof, siding and gutters. Acme was not the cheapest, or the most expensive. They did however, by far, make the most effort and show the most genuine concern for the overall value, quality, and curb appeal of our home. You could tell they truly cared about the project and wanted to see us completely satisfied with the overall result.

Acme was very responsive throughout the entire project. They made every effort to answer any questions we had at all regarding the installation process be it techniques, materials, preventative maintenance etc. The overall impression I got from them was that they were well versed and had encountered almost every scenario there was within this industry. They were always reachable by phone and would actually swing by on occasion to answer any questions we had in person. In fact, the sales rep we had came out at least 5 or 6 times to meet with us before we had even signed the contract to begin work. Very professional, courteous and thorough. I would recommend Acme to anyone looking for this type of work and in fact we already have.

They divide their crews up so that roofing crews are always working on the roof, siding crews are always working on the siding etc., so there's no concern about inexperienced crews. One of their foreman has been with Acme for 15+ years. You can quickly tell the crews know exactly what they're doing, and are very proficient and professional. They always kept the work site clean and clear of debris, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and were always very friendly and approachable. They inadvertently damaged two window screens while removing the old shingles and the sales rep came out himself to gather them and take them to a local repair shop and had them returned and installed the same day! Excellent service, friendly staff, very competitive pricing, professional results, you won't be disappointed!

Acme roofing is AWESOME. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Shaun was very patient and took his time and educated me b/c I was clueless. He did not pressure or make me feel rushed b/c I did get other quotes. I'm so glad I chose Acme b/c Shaun and his crew made the whole process so simple. Eveything went exactly as he said and it was done in a day. I was very impressed with the cleanup b/c I am slightly OCD and it was spotless. This company deserves 10 stars!!!
